Ebru Tekinturhan

Ebru Tekinturhan is a life sciences expert with more than 16 years of experience. Throughout her career, she focused on pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors in emerging market countries in the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia. Her expertise is in market access, market entry, commercial strategies and strategic market research. She also designed and implemented patient support programs in more than 20 countries across a variety of therapy areas for global life sciences companies. Ebru started her career at J&J Medical Devices with roles in Sales and Marketing. She then worked as the Global Strategy Director at Axios International in France, a global healthcare consulting and project implementation company. She holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Bogazici University and an MBA degree from INSEAD, France.

Omer Ozvardar

Omer Ozvardar is a former Oliver Wyman & Accenture consultant with more than 18 years of experience across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, working in multiple industries with a focus on life sciences. Omer delivered projects for Kearney, Strategy& (formerly Booz & Company), Oliver Wyman, Arthur D. Little, OC&C Strategy Consulting and Peppers and Rogers Group, as well as specialized consulting houses. He focuses on business transformation, including aspects of strategy, technology, process, sales, customer experience and product/service design through regular coordination with C and Director level executives. Omer holds a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Bogazici University and an MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Ruya Mutlu

Ruya Mutlu is a recent graduate with previous experiences at Bayer and Sephora. As a marketing intern in the Consumer Health Department of Bayer, Ruya worked closely with the brand teams and supported them in various ATL and BTL projects, as well as in the development of the brand’s strategic plan. During her internship at Sephora, she assisted in various product launch plans through market data analysis and closely monitored their performance after the launch. Ruya holds a B.Eng. in Chemical Engineering from McGill University in Montreal, QC, Canada.
